Appointments
For your convenience we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
If you provide our office with your insurance information, we will electronically file your insurance claim for you. However, you are responsible for your account. Most insurance companies will mail your reimbursement cheque to you within 5-7 days or 48 hours if you have direct deposit.
